About the Role

Our client, a well-established private practice in near Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a highly qualified Neurosurgeon to take over a thriving practice from a retiring physician. This is a unique opportunity to join a busy practice with a strong patient base and high surgical volume.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurosurgery with completion of a comprehensive residency featuring significant case volume. You will assume full clinical and surgical responsibility, delivering exceptional care across a broad range of neurosurgical procedures, including spine and brain surgeries.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert diagnosis and surgical treatment for complex neurological conditions.
- Maintain a robust surgical volume with excellent patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Ensure seamless transition by taking over from a retiring physician.
- Engage with referral sources and the community to sustain and grow the practice.
- Adhere to all regulatory and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Completed accredited Neurosurgery residency with extensive surgical experience.

  • Board certification or eligibility required.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume clinical and operative schedule.

  • Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach.

  • Eligible for or currently hold an active Florida medical license.
