About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon (MD/DO only).

The ideal candidate will have fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery and demonstrate expertise in treating a wide range of complex foot and ankle conditions through both surgical and non-surgical methods. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and dedication to advancing orthopedic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of foot and ankle disorders, including fractures, deformities, arthritis, tendon/ligament injuries, and sports-related conditions.
- Perform advanced foot and ankle surgeries, including reconstruction, arthroscopy, and total ankle replacement.
- Provide comprehensive preoperative, operative, and postoperative patient care.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in orthopedics, physical therapy, and rehabilitation to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited orthopedic surgery residency.

  • Fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery.

  • Board certified or board eligible in orthopedic surgery.

  • Eligible for medical licensure in Florida.

  • Excellent surgical skills, clinical judgment, and communication abilities.

  • Strong commitment to patient care, safety, and outcomes.
